Bubbling is forever, and De Schuurman and Shaun D are living proof. At our 2025 edition, these two icons will represent and celebrate one of the most vital pillars of the Netherlands’ Afro-diasporic club landscape. In the past year, De Schuurman (real name: Guillermo Schuurman) released his second full-length record on Nyege Nyege Tapes, once again breathing high-energy life into bubbling’s fusion of dancehall, electro-house, rap, R&B, and trance. His 21st-century soundscape builds on the genre’s roots, which first emerged in the ’80s and ’90s. Joining forces with his cousin Shaun for a B2B festival set, this promises to be a ground-shaking, hip-loosening ride.
